A basic one-bedroom apartment situated in a tranquil area, just 150 meters from the charming and peaceful beach of Llafranc. This property is located in a two-story building on a gentle slope. Depending on your preference and availability, you can choose from ground, first, or second-floor apartments. You are only a short walk away from Llafranc beach, one of the most beautiful spots on the Costa Brava!

The province of Girona is the area where you can find the Costa Brava at its best. A holiday on the Costa Brava will make you feel like you've stepped into a postcard, given the natural beauties here complemented by the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees. Beaches and coves create ideal conditions for diving for a chance at the world-famous Medes Islands. The Cap de Creus nature reserve is also worth a visit, as is the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà nature reserve. Also on the Costa Brava you will find history in its most astonishing manifestation, such as the archaeological site of Empúries. The Jewish quarter of Gerona is also known, as is the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. For art lovers, the works of the famous artist Dali will be a real delight. Spain's Costa Brava is home to major music festivals, such as those at Torroella de Montgrí and Peralada. Don't miss the specific local dishes here, such as the Escudella i Carn d'olla, vegetable broth with pork, veal and chicken or the local sausage and tortilla. Each apartment comes with a bedroom furnished with two single beds (90x190 cm), ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Bathroom:
The apartment includes a modern bathroom complete with a refreshing shower.

Additional Amenities:
Guests can make use of the communal washing machine, and enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

ALL EXTRAS SUCH AS BED LINEN, TOWELS, WIFI, BABY BED, ETC. MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.

Young groups and parties are not allowed. In the case of some houses the owner makes an exception, but in these cases a higher deposit must be paid. Deposit for youth groups: €150.00/person for houses and €75.00/person for apartments, which will be refunded one week after leaving the property.

Youth groups are not allowed without prior notification to the agency and signing the relevant conditions. If this instruction is not adhered to, the agency has the full right to evict the tenants if necessary.

Please note, extra beds are actually inflatable mattresses.

Pets: In case of traveling with pets, you must inform the agency in advance as pets are strictly prohibited in some accommodations. The additional costs are €35/week. The house should be left as hair-free as possible and there should be no remains of feces, either in the house or in the garden. In case of finding a house full of hair, feces or damage, the amount equal to an additional cleaning and the corresponding amount in case of damage or breakages will be deducted from the customer's deposit.

Any deposit left in cash will never be returned on the day of departure, but will be refunded by bank transfer a few days after departure. To proceed with a refund, the guest must provide their bank details to the local tour operator.

Charging electric cars on the property is strictly prohibited due to the potential risk of damage to the electrical installation. However, there are numerous charging points throughout the cities that customers can use if necessary.
