It is part of the regional natural park "Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio" and is close to Bacino Idume lake and the Rauccio forest. The beautiful city of Lecce is just a 10-minute drive away.

The sitting room features a sofa and corner fireplace, while the kitchen, accessible through an arched door, is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine.

The annexe offers a shaded terrace with armchairs, a swing, and a smaller table under a tree for enjoying coffee or an aperitivo. Outdoor stairs lead to the roof, where sun loungers and a swing seat provide a relaxing spot in the sun. A hammock between the garden’s pine trees offers an additional retreat.
