The bright house is surrounded by a useful courtyard, well cared for, and equipped with tables and chairs. Inside we find the living room, perfectly organised: dining table, a double sofa bed, wall with flat screen TV, fridge with freezer, kitchen with gas oven and sink. The first bedroom is embellished with the characteristic Lecce stone ""Carparo"", a tuff stone of marine origin; this room has two single beds and it is possible to use the foldable camp bed with wooden slats to add a third bed. Going down the corridor we find an air conditioner that excellently cools all the rooms. From here we reach the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom, with window, has two beds that can be joined together into a double bed if necessary; the third is a comfortable double room with further external access (door communicating with the courtyard). Finally, inside the property, we have a bathroom complete with amenities and shower cubicle. In the rear part of the courtyard we find a sink, a washing machine and a space equipped for having lunch or dinner outside the house.
