The Ladunia residence is ideally located to access the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. Within 10-20 minutes, guests can reach the white sandy beach at Marinella or the picturesque beach at Punta Volpe. Surfboards, canoes, and dinghies can be rented at Marinella. The nearby resort of Porto Rotondo (8 minutes) offers excellent restaurants and a lively marina. Olbia (20 minutes) features vibrant farmers' markets and entertainment options. Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive away.
