The chalet is located in a peaceful and leafy area of Chamonix, within walking distance of amenities such as bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the Aiguille du Midi ski lift, and Lac des Gaillands with the Accro Adventure Park. Domaine des Planards and Chamonix Paintball are an 8-minute drive away, while the Chamonix Glass Museum and Montenvers station, which leads to the Mer de Glace, are both within a 15-minute drive.

The chalet features a large, open plan living space with a separate lounge area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen.
