The tastefully decorated property provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for four guests and is nestled within a refined residential complex on the third floor of an apartment building, offering picturesque views extending to the lake.

Its delightful port bustles with vibrant boats and ferries. Nearby, several inviting beaches offer an array of water sports, including canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, and diving. The surrounding hills and mountains provide ample opportunities for adventure, such as climbing, hiking, mountain biking, and horse riding. Within a 10-minute drive lies a golf course for enthusiasts. Additionally, visitors can explore the Veronese side of the lake by boat from Salò, just a 17-minute drive away, or venture to the elegant resort town of Gardone Riviera to visit the Vittoriale, a mere 7-minute drive. For a taste of culinary delights, a 33-minute drive leads to Padenghe sul Garda, renowned for its extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C wines. Further along the coastline, within an hour's drive, lies Sirmione, famous for its thermal baths.
