The tastefully decorated property provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for our guests and is nestled within a residential complex on the first floor of the building, offering picturesque views.

Located in Toscolano Maderno, this apartment boasts proximity to the beach. The Sasso Natural Reserve and Lacuale Park, along with Parco Alto Garda Bresciano, showcase the natural allure of the region. Nearby attractions include Toscolano Maderno Botanical Garden and Panetteria Perolini. Pra de la Fam Lemon House and Giocabosco are also notable places to visit. Take advantage of the various activities in the area, such as golfing, to fully experience all that it has to offer.

The apartment is ideally situated for many of the activities on offer. The port in Toscolano Maderno is a stop-off point for boats going all around the lake. On the water visitors can swim, fish, canoe, sail, windsurf and dive. Whilst on land, the lakefront is a glorious place to walk at any time of day. Away from the lake, there are hiking and mountain bike routes through scenic countryside. The town of Toscolano Maderno is packed with things to see. For self-catering, the weekly market (Thursday morning) provides many local produce to cook at home. Lovers of art and history can visit the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani", home of Gabriele D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera and the new Salò museum called "MU SA”. The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (1 hour 20 minutes drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 25 minute drive).

Fittings

The first-floor apartment sleeps 4 people and consists of an airy, open-plan living area, with a sofa, flatscreen TV and dining table. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Guests can enjoy the outside balcony with a table and chairs for meals al fresco.
