It consists of three buildings with 133 apartments, two-room apartments to five-room apartments spread over six floors and designed in a way that allows all guests to enjoy the beautiful panorama.

There is a health and well-being center with a large swimming pool connected to a heated outdoor pool, gym, sauna, hammam, and restroom.
The nearest shops are 600 m from the holiday home.

In our residence, you'll have a variety of activities to choose from, allowing you to fully enjoy the stunning Savoyard landscapes with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. Whether you're into mountain biking, hiking, climbing, or canyoning, there's plenty to explore and experience.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are opportunities for hiking, downhill mountain biking, cycle tourism, and a visit to Espace Mille 8, which offers an indoor swimming pool, star observatory, and restaurants. In the mountains, you can try climbing, Via Ferrata, paragliding, or challenging yourself at an adventure park. If you prefer white water activities, canyoning, rafting, kayaking, and swimming are all on offer.

The region also boasts cultural and scenic sites, including five locations recognized for their unique architecture, such as the cinema and town hall of Bourg Saint Maurice, Arc 1600, Arc 1800, and the Aiguille Rouge cable car stations. You can also explore the Arpin spinning mill, the Chemin du Baroque, the Minerals Museum, the Maison de la Pomme, a coffee roasting workshop, and the ice grotto. Don't miss the chance to see Beaufort cheese production at the cooperative or visit the Vanoise National Park. Additionally, the small, authentic villages of Hauteville Gondon, Valezanne, and Vulmix offer a glimpse into the traditional charm of the area.
