The holiday house is located on the edge of the forest in the peaceful hills of Montaione. Food shops, grocery and main stores are in Montaione, a 10-minute drive away. Pisa and Florence Airports are the nearest international airport, both approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Please note: Access to the property is via 1.4 km of country road, the last of which is a 500 m dirt road unsuitable for sports cars.

For longer excursions, within 30 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, guests can explore some of the most famous attractions in western Tuscany, including the fortified walls of Lucca, the striking towers of San Gimignano, and the cultural treasures of Florence, the Tuscan capital.

Kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, freezer, electric oven, toaster, and coffee machine. All bathrooms include a shower, WC, and bidet, with a washing machine in each unit for convenience.
