This residence is located in Orcières-Merlette 1850 in the Hautes Alpes, in the heart of the Ecrins Natural Park. This winter sports resort boasts 100 km of pistes, culminating at an altitude of 2,725 m, and offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. It's the ideal place to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains while benefiting from the sunshine of a Mediterranean climate.

This is an ideal location, offering convenience at your doorstep! Within a mere 200 meters, you have access to shops and businesses, while the city center is just 400 meters away. Talk about proximity! But wait, there's more! The ski slopes are a mere 250 meters from your holiday abode! Plus, there's a spacious escalator located right at the base of the residence, ensuring effortless access to the heart of the resort.

Winter sports; In the mountains
Orcières Merlette 1850 is 100km of alpine skiing spread over around 50 slopes for all levels, a snowpark for the more adventurous (will you try a backflip or a 360°?), a slalom stadium, a boarder-cross, but also a fun track for little ones learning to slide on the snow.

For little ones, a daycare welcomes them, from 3 months to 6 years old: an opportunity for adults to enjoy their activities without worrying about the little ones!

If you're tired of downhill skiing, you'll have plenty of other things to do! The Orcières ski resort will have some nice surprises in store for you. It also has 40km of cross-country ski trails for those who want to sweat in a different way! Not forgetting 2 toboggan runs, snowshoe rides, ice karting... and even snow tubing!

Fittings

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is furnished with the following items:
-Fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle
-Living room with a sofa bed (for 1 or 2 people depending on the type)
-2 bedrooms (either 2 bedrooms with double beds or 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds)
-2 mountain corners with bunk beds
-2 bathrooms with bathtub and 2 toilets, one of which is separate
-Private terrace or balcony MOUNTAIN VIEW

Our four-legged friends are accepted in the residence (option to be added when booking).

To lighten your luggage and your mind, go for the bedding and towel package options! You can go one step further by opting for a made-up bed on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning.

The Orcières Town Hall has introduced a new parking fee for the resort, starting this winter:
<ul><li>The parking area in front of our residence will be charged at €8 per day or €48 per week.</li><li>The covered parking will cost €8 per day or €35 per week.</li><li>Please note: These prices are subject to change.</li></ul>A deposit is required to secure this accommodation, payable through a bank card imprint:
<ul><li>Bank cheques are not accepted.</li><li>If the accommodation is not returned clean, part of the deposit will be withheld.</li></ul>Tourist tax: Applied per person per day for guests aged 18 and above.
Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and must be paid at the reception.
Pets: 1 cat or dog maximum per accommodation (category 1 & 2 dogs prohibited), amount per day
