The outside of the house is a true paradise. You can enjoy the private chlorine pool, which is 10 metres long by 5 metres wide and has a depth that varies between 1 and 1.4 metres. It is perfect for hot days, and you can cool off in the outdoor shower for extra comfort. Relax on the terrace and enjoy a barbecue with your companions. Gastronomy is another of the area's attractions, offering typical Valencian dishes such as paella, baked rice, and fideuà made with fresh, local ingredients.

Inside, you will find an air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to relax and entertain. Two guests can relax on the double sofa bed in the living room. The dining area is open to the living room and features a fully equipped induction hob. Additionally, there are amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house includes three bedrooms:
