You can reach the second floor of the apartment complex using the lift or stairs at the car park entrance. The bright living room with a large corner sofa by the TV (with a wide range of channels and Chromecast) is practically furnished and decorated with wallpaper featuring the Eastern Scheldt Barrier, the Zeeland Bridge and "The Drowned Villages in Colijnsplaat” monument. The kitchen in the open space features a kitchenette and island arrangement with ample cabinet space. At the attached bar can seat two people. The kitchen is fully equipped for great cooking: an induction stove, electric grill, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, kettle and a Senseo and filter coffee machine. The round dining table with comfortable chairs seats four people. The spacious terrace (28 m2) with panoramic views of the Eastern Scheldt is accessed through the living room. You can enjoy this extraordinary view from the lounge set or dining table on the terrace. The single-storey apartment has two bedrooms, both with unobstructed views. A stay in this apartment feels like being on a cruise ship. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), reading lamps, a closet and a television. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a chair, a reading lamp and a closet. The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink with upper and lower cupboards, storage cupboard with mirror and hairdryer. The toilet is in a separate room. The storage room next to the living room has a washing machine and dryer. A folding cot (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair are available for small children, and up to two pets are welcome. The apartment has a reserved parking space, and parking is also available in the large car park. You can park a boat with a trailer in the large car park, and there is one charging station for electric cars. Bicycles can be stored and charged in the locked storage room downstairs.

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays. - You have to pay the bill in advance. - Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it. - Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself. - In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case. - You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night.
