Luxurious villas with private pool, near the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by pine forests, located in the Gulf of Moliets and close to white sandy beaches. The detached or semi-detached villas are built in Californian style with lots of white wood. Moliets is known for known for its beautiful golf course by the seaside. You can walk on foot on the pleasant promenade along the sea, visit different boutiques, restaurants and cafes. In the surrounding area are beautiful, white sandy beaches, vast forests with biking and hiking trails and many activities for all ages. The park consists of several villas, all built in different styles (American, Landaise, Californian). Each villa has a private pool and there is a parking at your disposal. You can also use the gardens, large swimming pool and a playground near the Hotel du Golf.

Moliets is located in the southern part of the Landes department, at about 60 kilometers from Biarittz. Characteristic of this region are the vast pine forests, white sandy beaches and the mild climate. The ocean attracts surfers, swimmers and sun lovers. Your villa with private pool attractively furnished, has a living area of 90m2 and can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (in most villas). The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a satellite TV with foreign channels and a fireplace. The master bedroom equipped with a double bed or two single beds has direct access to the terrace and pool and has a private bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The second bedroom with two single beds has a shower room and separate WC. The third bedroom has a double bed or two single beds. In addition, this villa has a mezzanine or a sleeping area with either 2 single beds, or a bunk bed or a double sofa bed. There is an additional shower room and WC in most villas. Electricity and water charges are not included in the price and are to be paid locally.
