On the main floor there is a living-dining room with AC and TV and a gas kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. When it is time to sleep, there are four bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the main floor and has two single beds and access to the terrace.
