It can accommodate up to 6 people.Outside this wonderful property, you will find two fantastic terraces overlooking the sea and the harbor. You will be able to relax sunbathing or having an aperitif with your loved ones while you contemplate the sunset after a nice day at the beach. The duplex is located in a quiet area with all the necessary services. Please note that as it is an apartment there are neighbors nearby and privacy is partial.

At the beach; Near water S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is a small town located on the south coast of Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Llucmajor and is about 20 kilometers from the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca. The population of S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is around 500 inhabitants and its economy is mainly based on fishing, nature tourism, and water sports. The town has a small beach of white sand and crystal-clear waters, as well as numerous coves and natural spots of great beauty. Furthermore, in the surrounding area, you can find important archaeological sites, such as the Talayotic of Capocorb Vell, which offer an insight into the rich history of the island of Mallorca.

In the interiors, you will find a cozy living-dining room which is equipped with AC, satellite TV, and CD and DVD player. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When it's time to sleep, you can choose any of the 3 bedrooms. All of them have AC and two of them have direct access to the upper terrace. A toilet and a bathroom with a shower complete the stay. If you need it, you can use the washing machine, iron, and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- The weekends of the 24th, 25th, and 26th of July are the patron saint festivities in s'Estanyol and take place just down the street from the apartment.
- We cannot accept guests under 25 years old unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
- Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- Tourist license: ETVPL/12982
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. - The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years old.
- You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival of the owner.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
