The family resort is located along the Adriatic coast in Lido di Spina, the first of the Lidi Ferraresi, just 500 meters from the sea, in a quiet position, surrounded by the green Park of the Po Delta. It is the ideal place to spend your holidays by the sea and it is the most suitable solution for families looking for the freedom of a residence holiday.
It offers different types of accommodation, which can accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 people.
It has a splendid 300 sq m swimming pool, complete with whirlpool, where you can play and swim, an equipped play area dedicated to children of all ages. Animation, water aerobics courses and evenings dedicated to guests.

This 60 m2 three-room apartment is suitable for 5-7 people (with supplement for the 7th person) and consists of:
First floor: living room with two beds for sofa use, TV / sat, separate kitchen with electric hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, bathroom with shower, large loggia covered balcony overlooking the swimming pool equipped with tables and chairs, box security, wireless internet connection.

Second floor: bedroom with double bed and covered balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and a bedroom with bunk bed plus single bed and covered balcony, bathroom with shower, safe, air conditioning / heating system. Parking space for exclusive use on the external perimeter of the residence.

Dogs are welcome in this three-room apartment.
