The private salt swimming pool is 9m x 4.5m and can be enjoyed at any time of the day, either swimming or laying on the 8 sun loungers available, as the lights allow you to take a night dip. The 24 m2 porch is fully equipped so you can use the barbecue or just spend time chatting. In addition, there are close neighbors and privacy is partial.

Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom with single beds, which is characterised by being open to the living room.
