There is a second porch where disconnect and relax reading a book staring at the starred sky, or simply cook at the barbecue area in the company. One of the porches is sunny, while the other offers shade during the whole day. The property is fenced, there are direct neighbors and privacy is total.

It comes with a comfortable chaise longue on which watching the TV Sat while refreshing with the air conditioning. The dining table has a capacity of 8 people. The kitchen is also quite ample, it has a gas stove and it is fully equipped. It also has a dining table for breakfast or cooking in company. It also has access to one of the porches. You can rest in one of the three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the 3rd one has two single beds. The three of them are air-conditioned.
