At the beach; Near water The property is located in Portals Nous, a residential area in the south of Majorca known for its proximity to the impressive marina of Puerto Portals, one of the most prestigious in Europe. Here you can find numerous luxury yachts and boats as well as exclusive shops and fine dining restaurants. It is also a popular destination for golf lovers, with several high-quality golf courses nearby. The beach of Portals Nous is known for its beauty and crystal clear waters, which invite for swimming, snorkelling, and other water activities.

The stylish interior of the 2-storey house has all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. The large living room with kitchen offers a Smart TV, satellite channels, and a ceramic hob. Still, on the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. Also on the ground floor, we have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the first floor, we have 3 more bedrooms, all of them with a double bed and one of them with a bathroom en suite too. There is a third bathroom with a shower for the rest of this floor. The property is equipped with ducted air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.Other
