The two-storey house is prepared to offer you the comfort you deserve. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV where you will be able to gather all together. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. On this floor, you will also find two bedrooms with AC and two single beds. One has access to the terrace and the other has an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. A second bathroom with a shower completes this floor. On the upper floor, there is a second living room with AC and TV and two more bedrooms with two single beds, both with AC and an exit to the balcony. A bathroom with a shower serves this floor where you will also find another terrace, ideal for sunbathing.
