Inside you will find a cosy living room open to the dining room, which has a TV and AC. The kitchen, totally independent, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, 3 bedrooms are ready to offer you the rest you deserve. The first has a double bed and AC, while the other two have two single beds each. Of these, one also has AC and the other is equipped with a ceiling fan. Two bathrooms with shower complete the stay. The house has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
