This magnificent villa features an amazing water salt pool that measures 8.50 x 4 meters with a constant depth of 1.50 meters. The comforting built-in jacuzzi (cold water) will help you relax at the end of the day. The garden area also offers loungers for sunbathing, sofas where you can sit down to have an aperitif and a fabulous barbecue area where you can taste delicious grilled meats and vegetables under the porch. There also is an outside bathroom with a shower. The property is fenced and there are adjoining neighbours.

Marratxí is a quiet urbanisation located near the city of Palma, that is, the perfect location to visit different parts of the island. In Palma you will find all kinds of shops, services, leisure and a lot of history and culture to discover. Stroll through its cobbled streets full of people and of course, do not forget to visit the ancient cathedral of La Seu. As for the beaches, the closest is in Palma at about 13.2 km, but if you drive along the coast, paradisiacal beaches such as Sa Ràpita or Es Trenc await you.

The two-storey house has been decorated with great taste and has all the comforts to spend a wonderful vacation. The great living room is equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels. Wide sliding doors connect to the dining kitchen with induction and equipped in detail. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms with AC, one with a trundle bed and the other two with a double bed that also share an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. Once on the first floor you will find the master bedroom with AC, double bed, a large terrace where you can sunbathe and an integrated en-suite bathroom with a shower. We can also provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
