The Natural Park of Mondragó is also nearby, ideal for hiking or a walk. At 500 meters from the property, you will find the center of Portopetro where there is a grocery store, as well as bars and restaurants.

The construction comprises three independent apartments that make it just perfect to accommodate both family and friend groups. The floors are placed as follows: floor -1, ground floor (access from the street), and first floor. Each floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV, its kitchen with gas hob, its laundry - with washing machine, iron and ironing board -, and its private terrace. Then, the -1 apartment has three dormitories, one of them with two single beds two with a double bed, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. And, the other two remaining apartments feature, both of, a bedroom with two twin beds and another one with a double bed as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. All the dormitories have wardrobes.
