Thanks to the trees, plants, and stunning lawn area, a great variety of greenery surrounds the pretty stone building and the chlorine pool. This is located on a higher level, is completely private and it sizes 8 x 4 meters whilst the water depth ranges from 1.2 to 1.7 meters. There is a great sun deck area by the pool with 6 sun loungers where you have also a space where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can also enjoy a delicious barbecue on the several tables under the wooden structure. The furnished porch is also perfect for this purpose. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

Felanitx is only 7 km away and here you will find all amenities for a nice stay such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc.

This beautiful house from 1910 was renovated in 2003 and still retains its traditional character. All areas are on the ground floor and the top floor is closed and unavailable. When you enter you will find a beautiful living room where you can relax while chatting, watching TV-sat or a DVD movie, or enjoy a good book by the warmth of the wood burner when it is cold outside. Next you will find the dining kitchen which is equipped with a gas hob and everything you need to cook during your stay. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms with shower in the house and 4 bedrooms with a fan, 3 of them with a closet and two with exit to the garden. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds and the other two have a double bed each. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.Use
