The little ones can swim in the shallow area or run and play on the huge terrace. A delicious barbecue can be prepared and enjoyed together in the outdoor dining area while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. The villa, being located in the countryside, has no direct neighbors, so you have total privacy.

At the beach; Near water The villa is located in Ses Salines, in the south of Mallorca. Via the road from the property you will quickly reach Colonia de Sant Jordi and the surrounding beaches, such as Platja des Port, which has several services such as restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It is the ideal place to spend a family day at the beach with the little ones. If you want more privacy, you can explore Platja d'es Carbó, Cala En Tugores, Es Trenc or Es Caragol, which are natural beaches, with fine, white sand and crystal clear waters, some of which are only accessible on foot. A good alternative is to take a boat trip to Cabrera, or visit the museum dedicated to the history, fauna and flora of this island, which is located in Colonia de Sant Jordi. If you want a nice souvenir, in the shops of Ses Salines you will find the most famous salt in the Mediterranean (Sal d'Es Trenc), with different flavours such as pink or olive.

Inside the one-storey house, you will find a modern dining room with AC, wood-burning cooker and satellite TV, so you can enjoy the best programs without sacrificing maximum comfort. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook in comfort. When it's time to sleep, you can choose any of the 3 bedrooms available, all equipped with AC and fans. Two of them have a double bed and one has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. Two separate bathrooms with shower complete the stay. - Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- For possible additional costs, please consult with the advertiser.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The celebration of events is not allowed.
- There is outdoor parking for 3 cars.
- Firewood for the cooker is free of charge.
- AC is available during these hours: from 21:30 to 06:00 in the bedrooms and from 11:00 to 18:00 in the dining room.
- There are animals on the farm (away from the house). The owner will feed them daily.
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
