This wonderful property features 2 fully equipped terraces, one small terrace at the entrance of the house and another bigger terrace with barbecue. The house of 150 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with a single bed; and three on the 1st floor, two with double bed and one with one single bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms, both with bathtub. The cozy and spacious living room is equipped with one comfortable sofa, a TV, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The separate kitchen with induction, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. There is an air conditioning in the hall of the 1st floor, reaching all the bedrooms.
