The apartment itself counts with a private terrace with views on the golf course. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet, with a family athmosphere.

Near water Situated in first line from the golf course, and at few metres from the equestrian center, this apartment offers the ideal place for sportlovers. The natural parc La Marjal is nearby. The relatively quiet, white, fine sandy beach of Oliva Nova is only 1 km far away. The apartment is situated on the second floor with elevator. The living-dining area is equipped with air conditioning and counts with a television and a sofa (which can be prepared to sleep on, with two extra persons). If you feel like preparing a home-cooked dinner, you will find all necessary utensils in the independent kitchen, including a vitro hob, an electric oven and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On request, we can prepare a water boiler, a baby bed and a high chair.
