On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and a spacious dining table for more than 10 guests awaits. The independent kitchen, equipped with a smaller dining table, a vitro hob, and direct access to the porch, facilitates the easy serving of delectable dishes to the outdoor dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub for shared use are also located on the ground floor. The staircase leads to a second cozy living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, where three additional bedrooms are situated: two with twin beds each and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a communal toilet on this floor. Upon request, up to two baby beds and highchairs, as well as five fans, can be provided.
