The island of Oleron or the so-called "The Brilliant one" because of the bright sun, is the ideal setting for a perfect holiday. The residence is located 3 km from the center of Saint Pierre d'Oléron and 800 m from Cotinière beach.
The two-room and three-room apartments are divided into single storey small houses.
They are equipped with a kitchenette (vitroceramic hob, microwave / grill, dishwasher), shower room, generally a separate toilet, paying TV and a terrace.

Deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. The deposit is returned after inventory, on the day of departure or by mail the following week.

Pets are admitted for an additional fee provided they have a current vaccination certificate and an identifying tattoo. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the residence.
