beautiful house on the outskirts of Algaida, in the interior of Mallorca. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, it has a private fenced pool and beautiful garden to enjoy the good weather in MallorcaTake a refreshing dip into the beautiful chlorine pool after a long beach day. It sizes 7.5 x 3.5 metres and its depth goes from 0.9 yo 2 metres. In addition, it is fenced, so you can close after the bath so that the little ones can be far from it. You are going to find several sunbeds by the pool, so you will be able to sunbathe and enjoy the good summer weather. Once out of the pool area, there are several green areas where you can relax and where the little ones can play freely. There is a lot of greenery around so you will feel yourself as if you where in a little paradise. No doubt, you will benefit the porch by the house. It features a relax area with armchairs and a sofa to chill out while having a drink in the evening. There is also an exterior dining table where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors and taste delicious barbecues. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.This 2 storey house has 200 m2. It stands up for its rustic as well as functional style, with all comforts for a charming stay, making you feel at home. When you enter the house you find a spacious dining kitchen which is fully equipped to comfortably cook during your vacation: gas top, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher,... and an ample dining table for 8 people. In addition, the house feature a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is also a little living room on the ground floor, where you can watch satellite TV while sitting on one of the cosy sofas. The first bedroom also is on the ground floor and it counts with a double bed, a closet and a fan. A toilet with a basin and a WC and a bathtub bathroom complete this floor. When you go upstairs you find another great and luminous living room with sofas to be at ease, which is also air-conditioned. The other three bedrooms also are upstairs. One presents twin beds, and the other two with double bed each one. The three of them feature a closet and a fan. A shower bathroom completes the first floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair also are available on request.This house is located on the outskirts of Algaida, and all services for an independent stay are quite near: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, little shops,.... The street market day is on Friday and you can make the most of it by acquiring the local products you may need. You also can wander through the streets and discover the typical Mallorcan village. You also can visit other nearby wonderful villages like Montuiri and Randa. The beach of El Arenal in Palma is the nearest one, with a great environment, you maybe you want to give a chance to other beatitud beaches like Cala Pi or Es Trenc. If you love playing golf, the nearest course is only 15 km away.The fireplace and the wood stove cannot be used.There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Pets are not allowed.
