TO KNOW:
1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance. For arrivals after 10.00 pm, a supplement of €20.00 is applied. In case of failure to communicate, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of €50.00 may be requested for late communication of the arrival time.
2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.
3) The reception and swimming pool are located about 220m away.

MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:
1) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on the spot, in cash, in force in the Municipality of Orosei. The amount may vary depending on the period.
2) DEPOSIT: refundable at the end of the stay, after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception hours, the security deposit will be returned by bank transfer, with costs to be paid by the customer (approximately 5 euro).
