Family fun on the slopes!This fabulous family friendly ski chalet accommodation provides the ideal base from which to enjoy the perfect ski holiday in Livigno!
The accommodation is also ideally located for guests to enjoy the resident luxury wellness spa with a range of water treatments, steam room, finnish sauna and solarium; the ideal escape after a day’s skiing and snowboarding.
The first day at the luxury wellness centre is free of charge for the guests and any extra day has an additional charge. Please note that the wellness centre is located 50 metres away from the property.

The 85sqm property boasts bright and spacious self-catering accommodation with modern home comforts, a welcoming L-shaped open-plan living area with dining area, flat-screen SAT TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. There is a sleeping sofa in the living room that can be used as a double bed, when necessary.Sleeping arrangements:
-a spacious modern double bedroom;
-a second bedroom with twinned single beds ;
-a third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children;
-the sofa in the living room can be used as a double bed.
A private balcony enjoys beautiful views over the slopes and breathtaking alpine scenery which looks glorious all year round.
Bathrooms
The internal accommodation also features two modern power shower rooms and a washing machine is also provided for guests private use during their stay.
Other
A compulsory Service Charge is applied to all reservations made for our self-catering accommodations in Livigno. The charge includes final cleaning, bed linen & towels for all guests, heating, electricity & water together with the Privilege Card, which is also included. During the winter period, the property will only be available to book from Saturday to Saturday. The Privilege Card offers great deals & early booking opportunities like discounts for ski-passes (no queuing), ski schools & equipment rentals (free delivery to your apartment). It also offers guaranteed discounts at selected restaurants & shops, plus The Wellness Center and other activities. Our local representative will be present to welcome you upon check-in, guide you to your apartment, supply you with necessary equipment and ski passes, and provide a comprehensive overview of the various activities offered in Livigno.
