This recreational park is a wonderful family holiday park that is ideal for nature lovers, peace-seekers and young families. The park comprises an area of 15 hectares and is situated on the edge of the nature of Ede.The park lies on the north side of Ede, in the Veluwe region of central Netherlands. It is surrounded by numerous attractions and a wonderful natural environment where you can take day excursions. Walk from the park along beautiful hiking and biking trails to Ede or the Ginkel Heath. The National Park "De Hoge Veluwe" and the Kröller Möller Museum are within cycling distance
Play tennis, football or basketball or just enjoy floating around in the beautiful indoor or outdoor pool, it's all here. Also during the peak season the restaurant organizes bingo evenings and cozy theme parties. The restaurant is open from April 1st to October 31st, depending on the number of guests. A holiday to remember!

There is plenty to do at the park. There is an indoor swimming pool, including a paddling pool, numerous activities on the sports and playing fields, a multifunctional sports field, a bowling alley and a beach volleyball court. Children will also enjoy the playground and all-weather area where they can play table tennis, darts, chess or hop around on a life-size chess board. A recreation team is also present during the holidays. The highlight: a three-day mega spectacle called "Het Huttendorp". This event is held in August especially for children and their parents. There are also plenty of fun games and entertainment at the park.
The park is surrounded by beautiful forest and heathland that you can explore by bicycle. Bicycles and go-karts can be rented at the park.
In the vicinity of the park you have plenty of opportunities for day trips. Beautiful Gelderland villages such as Ede, Lunteren, Otterlo, Bennekom, Harskamp and Wekerom are within cycling / walking distance. Ede has nice bars and offers plenty of options for a fun day or evening out with its cozy pubs, restaurants and ample shopping opportunities. Ede also has one of the best ice cream parlors in the Netherlands, Bernardo's, where you will find fantastic homemade Italian ice cream!
< p> The last ten days of August are all about the Heideweek in Ede. Various fun activities are organized during this period. If you like trade fairs, you will feel right at home here. In July and August there are summer markets in Ede, Lunteren, Barneveld (Veluwe old market) and Voorthuizen.
Looking for old crafts, novelties and fun summer productions? On the last Saturday of August there is the historic day of Lunteren, where you can get acquainted with the history of the region. There is also plenty to do in September. Special tours are organized in the immediate vicinity of the holiday park. These trips are enthusiastically attended every year.
In the surrounding cities of Utrecht, Arnhem, Apeldoorn and Amersfoort you will find culture, nature and wildlife parks, as well as museums and theme parks - all just half an hour away by car. Nice places of interest include: Paleis Het Loo in Apeldoorn, the Apenheul in Apeldoorn, Walibi World in Biddinghuizen, Burgers Zoo in Arnhem, Ouwehands Dierenpark in Rhenen, Koningin Julianapark in Apeldoorn, the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk, the Dutch Open Air Museum in Arnhem and the Toy Museum in Brumen.
After a wonderfully active day, the park's food court is the perfect place to relax with a drink in the pub or a snack in the snack bar. Whatever you choose, you are guaranteed to experience a wonderful holiday here!

At the moment there are construction activities at Recreatiepark 't Gelloo, we try to prevent nuisance, but unfortunately this is not always possible.

- We request that you state your reservation number in any correspondence.
- The deposit must be paid by direct debit only upon arrival.
- No bed linen is provided with the existing cot. We request that you bring these yourself.
- Bed linen is mandatory to rent, bed making service is included.
- For stays longer than a week, a 3 euro waste contribution must be paid on site for the extra period per week or part thereof.
- We cannot take responsibility for lost property, damage to property or personal injury incurred during your stay at the park.
- Pets are welcome, but on request as not all accommodations are suitable for pets. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
Cats are not allowed in the accommodations.
