Near water In the middle of the water-filled surroundings of the Sneekermeer, this apartment is the ultimate base for water sports enthusiasts. With all kinds of activities within walking distance, you won't have time to get bored. Enjoy being active on the water-ski track before relaxing on the swimming beach. The area is wonderful for walking and exploring the Frisian waters in a sailing boat or sloop. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. The centre of Sneek has many popular chain stores and some unique shops which are worth a visit,and fun events are organised all year round.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via the staircase. The bright, spacious and high living room with loft has a seating area by the television where you can sit comfortably on the double sofa and single armchair. The large dining table seats six, so you can enjoy a meal or have friends or family over. The table is spacious enough to use part of it as a workspace. Behind the dining table is a cosy play corner with a small seating area and some children's toys. The compact kitchen is equipped with a hob, convection microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The modern bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and washbasin with mirror and cupboard is located next to the kitchen. Step directly from the living room onto the private balcony with beautiful lake views across the Prinses-Margriet Canal; enjoy this unique location in the comfortable lounge chairs. The industrial spiral staircase in the living room leads to the open second floor (loft) with a single bed (80 x 200 cm) and a double bed (180 x 200 cm) in the same room. There is also a bedside table and a wardrobe for storing clothes and other luggage. The windows have blackout blinds. The central heating cupboard and a storage room with a vacuum cleaner are also on this floor. There is a fold-away cot (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair for small children. Pets are not allowed.

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
