Among nature The holiday home is located in a quiet area close to Erlebnisberg Kappe with the bobsled run, Bikepark, the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest. Hiking trails start right in front of the building. There are lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, apres ski bars and discos in the center of Winterberg. You can go there by foot or take the bus and use the free Sauerland Card. In the vicinity of Winterberg you can find various touristic attractions and activities like caves, an amusement park, sailing opportunities, swimming water and many more. Check the possibilities.

Description
Our cosy holiday home is centrally located and close to the ski slopes and the bobsled run in Winterberg. The simple kitchen is equipped with all the comfort you need: hotplate, oven, microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub and a shower, a toilet and a sink. There is a ski room where you can leave your ski equipment. On the balcony you can enjoy the spectacular view.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
