The apartment features a comfortably furnished living room that opens onto a south-facing balcony equipped with garden furniture. Relax with a flatscreen TV (available in both the living room and bedroom) with a DVD player, and enjoy the hi-fi system. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals, and the dishwasher, named "Emma," takes care of the cleanup while you enjoy time with family or friends. Games and books are provided for your entertainment. The first bedroom includes a large double bed and a second flatscreen TV with a DVD player. The second bedroom also features a large double bed and has access to the balcony. The bathroom is elegantly appointed with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Parking for your car is available in the building's parking lot. Upon arrival, you will receive a Sauerland Card, which allows free travel by train and bus and may offer discounted rates for local attractions and events.

<div>At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.</div>
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form, you authorize us to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
The apartment includes free use of the indoor swimming pool and use of the sauna (€ 2.00 per time).
Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
