This 98 m², smoke-free apartment offers every conceivable comfort, including WLAN/WIFI.Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious hallway with various cupboards, a mirror, and a wardrobe. The large living room with a dining area invites you to relax, featuring a 55-inch flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/home cinema and a speaker system, making television a highlight. From the living room, you can access the beautiful southwest-facing balcony.
The first bedroom includes a double bed, an additional sleeping option, a TV, and a desk. The second bedroom has two single beds and an extra sleeping accommodation, along with a TV, PlayStation, laptop table, and a charging station for your devices.
Our fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, Senseo machine, and blender.
The bathroom is a true spa oasis, featuring a shower, toilet, double sink, towel heater, and underfloor heating.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
