Welcome to this beautifully decorated holiday home. The living room, designed with a playful layout, offers two distinct seating areas. One side is perfect for a cozy movie night, while the other, featuring a snug stove, is ideal for curling up with a book. Both seating areas—one with a corner sofa and coffee table, the other with a spacious sofa and two armchairs—provide stunning garden views through large windows.
At the heart of the house, the fully equipped kitchen connects all the living spaces, featuring a stove, combi microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment. A Nespresso machine and kettle are available for coffee and tea. Adjacent is the dining area, with seating for six and a view of the garden through a large sliding door.
The ground floor also houses a bathroom with a double sink, a walk-in rain shower, and a toilet. The ground-floor bedroom boasts a double bed (180x200 cm), bedside tables, and a wardrobe, with a direct view and access to the garden. A desk is also available for quiet work.
Upstairs, via an open staircase, you’ll find two more bedrooms. The first has a double bed and ample storage, while the second, with a high-sloping roof and skylights, features a nautical-themed décor. It has one single bed (90x200 cm) and a second single bed (80x200 cm) with a pull-out for extra sleeping space. The upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, double sink, and a second toilet.
The expansive 1200m² garden is a peaceful retreat, accessible from two terraces. One terrace (10m²) features a dining table and parasol, while the second (15m²) offers lounge chairs and a large parasol. The rest of the garden is filled with grass, trees, and shrubs, with sun loungers and relaxing chairs. The entire garden is fenced for privacy.
Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and a third toilet on the ground floor. A foldable cot, high chair, and toys are available for children. Although pets are not allowed, bicycles can be stored under the carport. There are two parking spaces on-site, with additional parking available on a grass field further down the street.
