Recently constructed, the house features a distinctive character, tastefully decorated with an industrial yet appealing style. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a filter coffee machine. The spacious living room opens up to a sunlit terrace through patio doors. The ground floor offers a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the first floor has two bedrooms, each with a connecting bathroom. The large garden includes a private terrace with quality furniture. Ample parking is available behind the greenery, and Wi-Fi is free.
