Cala Marçal, one of the area's most popular beaches and just 2 km from the house, invites you to swim in its turquoise waters and relax on its golden sand. Additionally, the area offers activities such as diving, sailing, and hiking, with coastal trails offering stunning views. Don't forget to visit the Portocolom Lighthouse and Santueri Castle for a dose of history and spectacular scenery.

Inside, the living room is equipped with a Smart TV and a dining table for 6 guests. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The laundry room, located on the terrace, includes a washing machine and dryer, and there is also an iron and ironing board. In the chalet, there are three bedrooms, all with access to the outside. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds respectively.
