A holiday on the Costa Brava will have you feeling like you stepped into a postcard, given the natural beauties here completed by the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains. Beaches and coves create ideal conditions for scuba diving for a chance, on the world renowned Medes Islands. The Nature Reserve Cap de Creus is also worth a visit, so is the Nature Reserve Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. Also on the Costa Brava you will find history in its most amazing appearance in places such as the archaeological site of Empúries. The Jewish Quarter of Gerona is also famous, so is the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. For art lovers, the works of the famous artist Dali will be a true delight. The Costa Brava of Spain hosts great music festivals as well, such as the ones at Torroella de Montgrí and Peralada. Do not miss out on specific dishes here such as the Escudella I Carn D'olla, vegetable broth with pork, veal and chicken or the local sausage and tortilla. Whether it is lying on the beach and relaxing you are after, bathing in the Mediterranean or hiking the Pyrenees, experiencing the Spanish culture and history, there is one place where you can actually truly have it all in many facets: the Costa Brava of Spain.
Fittings
To access the apartment from the street there are about 30 steps and you access the apartment from the terrace.On the ground floor there is the living-dining room with sofas and television that opens directly to the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: a bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub (to access this room you have to go down three steps) and a third bedroom with a single bed. On the ground floor there is another complete bathroom with a shower.
Going up the stairs, you will find the master bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed.

IMPORTANT: BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
ALL EXTRAS LIKE BED LINEN, TOWELS, WIFI, BABY BED ETC... NEEDS TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.
Young groups and parties are not allowed. In case of some houses the owner makes an exception but, in these cases, a higher deposit needs to be paid. Deposit for youth groups 150,00 €/person for houses and 75,00 €/person for apartments that will be returned one week after the customer leaves the property.
Youth groups are not allowed without any prior notice to the agency and having signed the relevant conditions. If this instruction is not observed, the agency has the full right to evict the tenants if appropriate.
Please note, that extra beds are in fact inflatable mattresses.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Any deposit left in cash will be never returned on the day of departure, it will be returned by bank transfer a few days after departure. In order to proceed with the refund, the guest must provide their bank details to the local tour operator.
Charging electric cars at the accommodation is strictly prohibited due to the potential risk of damage to the electrical installation. However, there are numerous charging points scattered throughout the towns that customers can use if needed.
