- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- We cannot accept guests under 21 years old unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax.
