The property is fenced and privacy is total.

Among nature The property is located between Felanitx and Portocolom, in a quiet area surrounded by fields and forest. In the village, just 6 km away, you will find all the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars, or restaurants. Portocolom, 8 km away, offers you the summer atmosphere, the wonderful beach, and more sun from the Mediterranean. You can also visit other charming places like Cala d'Or, Porto Petro, or Cala Mondragó. And if one day you feel like playing golf, you can practice your favorite sport at the nearest course, which is 6.9 km away.

The house, styled in traditional fashion, is spread over two floors and has all the amenities for a perfect stay. Upon entering, we find the dining room with an integrated kitchen, where we can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace on cold days, satellite TV, and delicious dishes cooked on the ceramic hob. Still, on the first floor, we have 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. Another bathroom with a shower completes this floor. On the first floor, we have the other three bedrooms with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom each. It is worth noting that the dining room, as well as all the bedrooms, have air conditioning with a heat pump. Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby.Other
