This beautiful complex of spacious and comfortable villas is located in the south of Saint Jean de Monts, 2500m from the sandy beaches and less than 2 km from shops, bordering a national forest and enjoying of a a green park of 6.5 hectares. All villas are provided with a private outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a paved terrace and a private garden.
The swimming pools can be heated on request, against extra charge, and some of them are equipped with a removable roof/covering.
The complex also provides its customers an adjoining garage to each villa.
