The interior of the apartment, located in a building with elevator and decorated in a modern and cosy style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with AC with heat pump and Smart TV, will undoubtedly become the perfect space to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has ceramic hob, plus all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, you have two bedrooms, both with AC with heat pump. The first has a double bed, access to the balcony and en suite bathroom with bathtub, while in the second there are two single beds together. A bathroom with shower completes the property. -There are two swimming pools, one is open all year round, while the other is open from 15 June to 15 September.
